| What is Reiki? |
So many people have asked me this question and in this part of the website I
will explain to you what Reiki is to me. The explanation of Reiki can differ
widely from person to person and teacher to teacher. This is my collective
knowledge of Reiki as I have been studying since 1993.
Here are two ways to explain what I believe Reiki to be. The short and sweet
version, and the longer more detailed explanation.
I decided to give a short version and a long version to what Reiki because I
know some of you are just mildly curious or looking for an easy way to explain
Reiki to others. If that is you, check out the short version.
For those that want to go a little further as to what Reiki is and how it works,
check out the long version. Both versions are accurate, the long one is just
more detailed then the short one. Depending on who you are talking to,
sometimes it is easier to just tell them the short version and let them ask
questions after that!
