| Guided Text Meditations Guided meditations are meditations that you can read and follow by memory. Or you can even record with a mic onto your computer and listen to in your own voice to listen to them. Some people find guided meditations to be very helpful when beginning to meditate. It helps to put your mind into a focused spot. Here is a collection of guided meditations that I have either written or found to be helpful. I plan on adding new meditations often so be sure to come back and see the new ones. | Guided Audio Meditations I am in the middle of creating some audio meditations and adding them here so you can stream them from the internet and listen. I am currently experimenting with a mixing program and have purchased music that I want to mix with some of the guided meditations. I will begin posting just voice meditations soon but then experiment with mixing the voice and music together. This is an exciting project for me as I have wanted to do it for some time!
