Distant Attunement Information
How to schedule the attunement?
If you have purchased an attunement, or reading from us and would like to
schedule then please do so by going here:
Scheduling my Attunement/Reading with Starlene
We offer two ways for you to receive your attunement from Starlene.
All attunements & readings on this page are done by Starlene, unless
otherwise noted.
The first way to schedule a reading or "real time" attunement, you can use the
schedule link above to make one of those appointments with us and
Starlene's automated schedule. The second way for you to schedule (if you
do not find a good time on the schedule for you) is, email her assistant Ann.
When you email Ann let her know some good times for you, or your number
for her to call, and she will schedule your appointment for you either via email
or call you to schedule it via phone.
The second way you can receive the attunement is via the "chi ball" method.
How it works, is Starlene will prepare the attunement in the form of a chi ball
on her own time, and she will let you know when you can call it in. This way
you do not need to schedule the attunement with us, just email Ann or
Starlene and let them know that you want your attunement in the form of a chi
ball, and she will prepare it and let you know when it is finished so you can
call it in. Usually she prepares them within 7-10 days of the email, often times
sooner.

Also if requesting a chi ball, all levels will be prepared at the same time. You
can choose to either call them in all at once or separate them into different
levels (if there are any) If you are receiving something like Kundalini Reiki,
you have to separate them out, so just read the manual to know, if you have
any questions email us.
If you request a call, Starlene will call you at the appointment time, if in the US
or most parts of Canada she will call you. If you are anywhere except those
two countries, you can call her or Skype with her at that time, just let us know
how you want to do it. When you schedule an attunement via our online
system, you can decide if you want the call or not, it is optional, if you do not
request one then she will not call, just sit back, relax and enjoy the energy
when the time comes to receive!
Here are a few common questions about the attunement procedure:
What if something happens and you are late and not ready at the
scheduled time?
If something happens, and you are not ready at the scheduled time. Say for
instance you were 30 minutes late. And Starlene didn't know, and performs
the attunement anyhow without knowing you were not ready,EVERYTHING
will be OK. Starlene always creates and sends the attunements over distance
and asks that if you are unable to receive and pick the attunement up at the
given time, that it be ready for when you are able to pick it up. All you have to
do is ask for it when you are ready, and the attunement will begin!
Something like “I am ready to pick up the attunement ~~~ now
from Starlene” and it will begin.
That works very easily and simply.
The wonderful beauty of Reiki is that it can be sent distantly over time
and distantly over space!
So what do you do after scheduling?
After you and Starlene chat for a moment (or you skip the call).. You just have
to relax and be open. There is nothing special that you have to do and
everyone is different so here is some of Starlenes suggestions on what to do,
but ultimately you should do what feels good for you to do.....
Starlenes Suggestions on the attunement process are:
Amongst other things you can….
(notes… *if you put on music make is something soothing, nothing that is
going to wind you up, something relaxing is best…
**using any flame BE CAREFUL, especially if you might fall asleep, don’t use
it if there is any risk of that…)
Any, all or a combination of these things are wonderful ways for you to
receive an attunement! There is no right or wrong way, so any way is good. I
personally like to lie down and put a pillow under my knees, light and candle,
and or incense, and put on some meditation music. But you might be very
different, you might go to the back yard and listen to the birds chirp.
Receiving an attunement is a very personal time and I believe you should do
something that relaxes you and makes you open to receiving the loving
energy that you are going to be given, but most of all do what feels right!
Most attunements take me 15-20 minutes, if you are receiving a combined
attunement it might take longer, so be expecting to have that much time to
dedicate to receiving.
If by some reason you are unable to take that time out after you have already
scheduled the attunement. You can always email me and we can change it,
or I can still send it and when you do have time to pick it up then it will be
there. Distance sending in that way is wonderful.
Something Extra for you….
I will also send a Reiki healing after the treatment. I usually send using
Kundalini because that energy system takes about 10-15 minutes for a full
treatment, so your session should last about a half of an hour. I might send
energy for more time depending on how much time I have at that moment, but
I always send some so that you can begin your healing or continue it. An
attunement is not the same as a healing so I like to also send some healing
energy with the attunement which just opens you up to the energy you’re
being attuned to.
So what goes on, on my side?
I do the attunement by using a proxy and sending Reiki to the proxy just as if I
would send it to you in person. The proxy is usually my little Reiki bear that
you can see below! He is probably the most attuned Reiki bear in the world.
(here is a picture of one of my proxy's, I have acquired a few over time!)
So what do you expect during the attunement procedure?
You may or may not feel the energy, please try not to hold on to any
expectations. I say that because if you are expecting it to feel a certain way
and you keep concentrating on that when your having the attunement and it
actually feels differently then expected you might miss that and not feel it at all.
Some people feel sensations like heat, cold, tingles, tickles, goose bumps
and a lot of other things, just be open and notice whatever it is you feel, that is
the perfect thing for you at this time!
Some final notes….
This should be a joyous occasion for both you and me. I hope that you enjoy it
